During my recent stay at Crowne Plaza, I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful details that far exceeded my expectations. The complimentary bottle of water provided in the room each night was a small touch that made a big difference in ensuring my comfort. The availability of ironing facilities in the room allowed me to always look my best during my stay.Most notably, the air conditioning in the room was exceptional, providing a perfect escape from the European hotel heating struggles. The room was not only impeccably soundproofed, but also featured a terrace where I could unwind and soak in the lovely surroundings. The hotel's attention to these details truly elevated my experience and left me thoroughly impressed. The proximity to local attractions such as the famous KaDeWe department store and a variety of dining options like Neni and the Irish Pub added an extra layer of convenience and enjoyment to my stay. Crowne Plaza not only met but exceeded my stringent criteria for an exceptional hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough for a sustainable and luxurious stay in Berlin.
